I’m Tierria, a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with more than 15 years of experience in healthcare. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of serving diverse communities across the U.S. in settings such as corrections, community mental health, and inpatient psychiatry.

I began my journey in nursing with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Alcorn State University (Go Braves) in 2010, followed by a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of South Alabama in 2016. Over the years, I’ve developed a special focus on supporting adults during life’s major transitions — whether stepping into parenthood, moving from adolescence into adulthood, or navigating the demands of high-performing careers.
