$275 New Patient Evaluations (60 minutes); $150 Follow up visits (30 minutes)
We operate using a HIPAA compliant technology system. Records are securely stored and are only released if authorized by a patient/representative or required by law.
Appointments must be cancelled 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Missed appointments (including those cancelled within 48 hours) will be charged a fee of $75 to the card on file.
Adults (Ages 18+)
Visits will be conducted primarily via HIPAA Compliant Video. In-person visits are now available at : 1370 Montreal Rd E, Suite 130, Tucker, GA 30084.
CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES are not offered through this platform. Refill requests will be completed within 24-48 business hours, with exception of weekends and holidays. After filling last refill be sure there is a follow-up visit scheduled prior to next expected refill.
Please leave a secure voice/text message through the SPRUCE APP . Allow a Provider 24 business hours to respond, with exception of weekends and holidays. For Emergencies: CALL 911, Georgia Crisis and Access line 1-800-715-4225, or present to nearest Emergency Room to be evaluated by a Psychiatric Provider.
Spruce is a HIPAA compliant platform used to send secure messages between Patient and Provider. See the “Spruce for Clients” tab for instructions on how to access the Spruce App.
Fees range from $50-150 depending on length of forms. Examples include Mental Physical exams, Work/School Accommodation letters, etc. Short term FMLA will only be completed for established patients with minimum of 3 previous visits with TPC Provider. Long-term disability may be considered for established patients with minimum of 6 previous visits with a TPC Provider. Form completion will be determined at Provider’s discretion.
Our private pay model means your care isn’t limited by insurance requirements — giving you more time with your provider, faster appointment availability, and the flexibility that fits your life. We provide superbills for easy submission to your insurance for potential reimbursement.
Forms of Payment:
-Cash Pay: All Major credit cards or debit cards accepted; Cash accepted( only in-person),
- Medical Liens also accepted.
